We warranty to our customers and the ultimate customer that our Lift Station& Controls will be free of defects in material and workmanship under use and service for ( 1 ) year when installed and maintained properly.
As used hereon the ultimate customer is defined as the purchaser who first uses the product after initial installation or, in the case of a product designed for non-permanent installation, the first owner who uses the product. The warranty is a full warranty on material and or control parts, labor is NOT covered under the warranty. Under no circumstances should the ultimate customer attempt to repair or modify the Lift Station or controls without written permission from South Florida Lift Stations, Inc., or the warranty will be terminated.
Under no circumstances will South Florida Lift Stations, Inc. be responsible for any other direct or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of income, or delays in the production of any kind, including shipping.
No rights extended under this warranty shall be assigned to any other person, or new owner, whether by operation of law or otherwise without our written permission.
